the Arri Bridge Plate Wedge provides a solid surface in the Arri Bridge Plate for whenever you need a flat surface beneath the camera. You could use it when balancing on a shotbag for example. Or use it for handheld when you can not remove the BP. There are 3/8 screws if you want to mount a Touch & Go. There is also plenty of surface area to add velcro for a shoulder pad. The wedge is longer than the base plate so that you can move the camera forward if the balance point is not directly under the base plate.

Fits the camera like a glove
Exactly what I needed. I velcro’d a shoulder pad to it and can quickly mount and dismount via a dovetail. Very handy.
