That’s not a warranty. That’s just how we do business.

Compatible with all large-format quick release systems, O’Connor 120mm Euro plate, Sachtler 35, Arri BP9. Multiple 3/8″-16 threaded holes for just about any mounting config you can throw at it. Eight anodized color options, because yer kit should look like yer kit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the QRB come with a Touch & Go plate?
No, the QRB is the base only. You can add a Touch & Go plate here for $110. If you want the complete system (QRB + Touch & Go), that’s $525 total and is the setup most operators run.

Does it work with the Arri BP9?
Yes. All Clean’s QRBs work with the BP9, no special version needed. The 3/8″-16 threaded holes line up. Check the gallery for the exact hole positions.

What’s the difference between the QRB, QRB-L, and QRB-DV?
The standard QRB has the release lever on the right. The QRB-L is mirrored, release on the left, so yer right hand stays on the back of the camera. The QRB-DV adds a built-in dovetail for rigs that need one. If you don’t have a specific reason for either variant, the standard QRB is the right call.

Can I get a custom color?
Yes, all eight anodized colors (Black, Red, Blue, Gold, Green, Orange, Gun Metal, Pink) are available as special order. Pre-order at the top of the page and check the current delivery window. Standard lead time is a couple of weeks.

What happens if something breaks?
Send it back. Doesn’t matter when you bought it, we’ll fix it at a modest price. That’s the lifetime repair policy and it has no expiration date. Email us first so we can sort out the details.

Is this the same as the Ronford Baker RBQ?
Similar in function and form, the QRB is inspired by the Otto Nemenz version of the Ronford Baker Quick Release Base. It’s compatible with the same plates and systems. The difference is it’s machined in the USA, costs $209 less than a Ronford Baker, and doesn’t need to go overseas for repairs.

What’s the lead time on backordered items?
1–3 weeks on standard backorder. Check the pre-order banner at the top of the site for the current scheduled delivery date.

Build the Full Cart System

The QRB is the centerpiece, here’s what pairs with it:

  • Touch & Go Plate, the plate that lives on yer camera. Drop in, click, done.
  • Spinner Plate, mounts under the QRB, rotates 360°. Get through doors without pulling the camera.
  • Riser, raises the QRB to proper working height on yer cart. Pairs with the Spinner for the full setup.

I’ve used them in various orientations, holding all kinds of camera builds.Now that I am starting to cam op more than AC, I still find reasons to use these QRBs. They fit perfectly on my old Technovision Head — a mod that makes it now function more like the Arrihead.As a business, Clean’s Camera Support, has been kind, helpful, and professional throughout my career. If I had a question, I received a speedy email response starting with “Howdy” and all the answers. Needless to say, I have no more questions, just orders!

I helped David launch the Pink RBQ campaign when I initially inquired him about anodizing mine pink and it required a lot of effort & the community to go in on the color. It was absolutely worth it! Every AC needs an RBQ plate at some point, so you might as well buy one you like to look at. I bought Clean's QRB because of the price, quality, and color options. When I started ACing a few of my AC friends highly recommended Clean's products. I have a black and orange theme with my film gear so it was a no-brainer to buy the orange QRB and matching Mitchell plate. The quality is top-notch and the anodized metal is done very well and the color is vibrant. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other RBQ plates and they work just as well. So I can't recommend them enough and have been very happy with my long-term gear investment.

nope never. we do not stock colors. they are all special order. if you want a blue one, just pre-order it & we’ll get it to you in a couple weeks. check out the top of the website for the next delivery date
