Backstage Cart Umbrella Pin

The Backstage Cart Umbrella Pin is a proper umbrella pin for the Backstage TR-04 cart. The expanding 1″ base locks into the round-tube post hole and doesn’t budge. Both reviewers used the same words: “Simple, strong, and nicely finished.” One added: “I wish the umbrellas were as nice as this pin!”  It’s the last umbrella pin you’ll need for a TR-04.

The expanding base of the Backstage Cart Umbrella Pin also fits any cart with a 1″ inside diameter post, including Camera Jimmy’s carts and the Yaeger Pro.

How do I know if I have a TR-04?
The TR-04 has round tubing. If yer Backstage cart’s posts are round in cross-section, you’ve got the TR-04 (or the newer models that use round tubing). If they’re square, you’ve got a TR-01, 02, or 03, and you’ll need the Almost Universal Umbrella Pin instead.

Will this work on Backstage TR-01, 02, or 03?
No, those carts have square tubing, and this pin’s expanding base is designed for round 1″ posts. If you have a TR-01, 02, or 03, the Almost Universal Umbrella Pin is yer option, it clamps to the shelf lip and works regardless of tubing shape.

Does it work on Camera Jimmy’s and Yaeger Pro?
Yes, both use 1″ inside diameter posts. The expanding base locks in solid on both.

Which Sportbrella do I need, and what modification is required?
3/4″ pin for the Super-brella and Core models. 1″ pin for the Ultra-brella, Premiere, Premiere XL, and Sunsoul. Each model requires removing a specific piece, Super & Ultra: remove the extension post; Core: remove the corkscrew; Premiere, XL & Sunsoul: remove the extension post and inner post plug. What if I have a different umbrella brand?
These pins may work with other umbrellas that have a 3/4″ or 1″ inner diameter post. Measure yer post before ordering
