Yaeger Cart Pin, $165 standalone
The stock Yaeger pins spin. Everything mounted to them spins. Yer monitor goes walkabout the moment you push the cart and nobody has time for that. Clean’s pins lock, a few twists of the T-handle expands the base inside the riser and nothing moves. Solid, secure, done.
Available in baby, 3/4″, and 1″ sizes depending on what you’re mounting and where. Baby pins fit the Yaeger top shelf and cart body baby pin holes, for accessories and monitor arms. The 3/4″ and 1″ fit the Yaeger riser posts for umbrella mounting. Yaeger Cart Stand Hook, $100 standalone
Gets yer monitor or Steadicam stands off the shelf and onto the lip of the cart. No tools required, no drilling, no bungee cords. The hook slides over the cart lip, yer stand hangs from it, and suddenly yer shelf has room for actual gear. Available in fold-up and fold-down configurations, select yer preference at checkout. Stainless only. Black are already discounted as they have been discontinued. A strip of velcro on the lip keeps it from sliding when the cart gets moving. As of May 2018, compatible with any stand with a horizontal bolt, including Avenger folding base stands. Wheel Chock, $60 standalone
Wheel brakes on most camera carts have a design problem, they lock enough to stop rolling but not enough to disengage cleanly, so pushing a braked cart creates drag. Chocks solve this properly. Wedge it under the wheel, camera cart stays put. Kick it out when you’re ready to move. No drag, no residual friction, no cart slowly drifting into the talent between takes.

Which pin size should I select?
Baby pin for the Yaeger top shelf and cart body baby pin holes, that’s the one for monitor arms and accessory brackets. 3/4″ or 1″ for the Yaeger riser umbrella posts, 3/4″ for Sportbrella Super and Core, 1″ for Ultra, Premiere, Premiere XL, and Sunsoul. Do these fit the Yaeger Pro?
No, the pins and hooks in this combo are designed specifically for the Yaeger Case Cart (Maken Material Handling). The Yaeger Pro has different post diameters and a different lip profile. For the Yaeger Pro, use the Backstage Cart Stand Hooks for hanging stands and check the Almost Universal Umbrella Pin for umbrella mounting.
Fold-up or fold-down hook, which should I get?
Personal preference based on how you work yer cart. Check the gallery on the Yaeger Cart Stand Hook page, there are photos of both configurations mounted on a cart so you can see which makes more sense for yer setup.
The combo includes one wheel chock, should I get two?
Most ACs run one on each side of the front axle. If you want a second, add a Wheel Chock individually to yer order.
Why not just use wheel brakes?
Wheel brakes on most camera carts lock enough to prevent rolling but not enough to disengage cleanly, so pushing a braked cart creates drag. Chocks block the wheel physically and release with a kick. No drag, no friction, no fighting the cart between setups.
Are all three pieces covered by the lifetime repair policy?
The pins and hook are USA-machined and fully covered, send either back at any time and we’ll fix them at a modest price. The wheel chock is imported aluminum, not part of the machined repair program, but it’s built to last.
