What’s the difference between Combo: Cart Pro and Combo: Cart Complete?
The Cart Complete (QRB + Touch & Go + Spinner) gives you rotation at cart height. The Cart Pro adds the Riser, which elevates the whole setup. If yer cart is already at a comfortable height, Cart Complete may be all you need. If you want to raise the camera to a proper working position, and most ACs who try it never go back, Cart Pro is the one.
What carts does this work with?
The Riser and Spinner both use standard Mitchell plate holes, which covers virtually every professional camera cart, Backstage, Yaeger Case Cart, Inovativ, Magliner, Camera Jimmy’s. Risers sold after May 2018 mount to standard cart Mitchell plate holes. Spinners work with all carts except the Yaeger Pro’s dovetail bracket (use their Mitchell Bracket instead).
Can I get a custom Riser height?
Yes, the standard posts are 3″. If you need a different height, note it at checkout and allow extra lead time. Email us first if you have a specific measurement in mind.
Are all four pieces covered by the lifetime repair policy?
Yes, every USA-machined product in this bundle is covered. Send any of them back at any time, no matter how old. We’ll fix it at a modest price.
What color options do I have?
All eight anodized colors (Black, Red, Blue, Gold, Green, Orange, Gun Metal, Pink) are available on every piece. Black ships from stock; all other colors are special order. Add a note at checkout with yer preferences, match everything, or mix and match.
What’s the lead time?
1–3 weeks on standard backorder. Special order colors take a couple of extra weeks. Check the pre-order banner at the top of the site for the current delivery window.
What if I already own a QRB?
The Spinner + Riser combo gets you the cart system underneath at $470, saving $55 off buying separately. That’s the right move if you’ve already got the plate
